Tarot Tuesday reading for the week of March 24th 2020

[NOTE – Since this is my first post since the Hive Blockchain came into existence (all of four days ago…lol!), I’m not sure if it will port properly over to my Hive blog, or if it will end up on Steem instead. I know that SteemPress is in the process of migrating to Hive, so if you’re seeing this on a Steem front end, it means it didn’t work & I’ll do a separate post on Hive… crossing my fingers as I hit, “Publish”…]

Welcome to another one of my Tarot Tuesday posts! I started doing these free readings monthly back in late 2015, then switched to every week in early 2016. They’re by far my most popular posts, as well as being one of my favorites to put together. Today’s reading is for the week of March 24th 2020.

First, a quick shout out to everyone as we do our best to handle the extraordinary challenges that seem to multiply with each passing day. I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected, which is about where I’m at currently (and I really can’t complain about anything, knowing how much worse things could be). Keeping everyone in my thoughts. ❤️

So now, back to the cards – the method of doing these is not my original idea – I was inspired by how a few other bloggers were doing their readings back years ago. And since this method is a little bit different than how some other readers on other social media do them, here’s a quick breakdown on how this works…

First, pick a card you are drawn to from the photo below. If more than one speaks to you, go ahead and pick that one too. You can even pick all three, in whatever order you like!

When you’ve decided on your card (or cards), scroll down to the bottom of the page for the photo revealing the card faces, and your message for the upcoming week.

Also, don’t be worried if you don’t happen to see this exactly on Tuesday. The message will be ready and waiting for you whenever you get here. 😊

I would also like to mention…

Here are the backs of the cards for this week. Take a moment to clear your mind, inhale and exhale deeply, center yourself – whatever you need to do to focus. When you’re ready, take a look at the photo and then decide which one (or ones) speaks to you. Then scroll down to the bottom of the post for your message.

Next up, as a bit of insurance policy to make sure you don’t see the picture of the front of the cards before you’ve made your choice, I’m putting a graphic here as a type of spacer/spoiler prevention. Since today is the New/Dark Moon in Aries, I thought I’d include a couple of simple rituals I put together. I created them both for earlier blog posts that you can find HERE and HERE

Finally, it’s now time for the big reveal! Here are the fronts of the cards…

March 24th 2020, Front

…and the messages for each card are…

1. Nine of Swords

It’s not that bad. You know the facts, and they aren’t great. But it’s not the end of the world either. Stop focusing on the fear and negativity, because all it’s doing is blowing the problem way out of proportion. No sense in wasting energy worrying about the “what ifs” – instead, look for something distracting to help you break out of this cycle of, “doom and gloom, DOOM AND GLOOM!” Maybe grab your favorite, “gotta get out of this funk” movie (mine is Stardust), and forget about your worries for a while.

Tarot Tidbit: The Nine of Swords was last seen back in the fall, in the second position, on November 26th, 2019.

2. Seven of Wands

Never give up, never surrender. You’ve been fighting the good fight, and thought you were almost there. Now, all of a sudden, you feel like you’re being attacked on all sides. Don’t despair – keep on keeping on, and you will soon find victory at hand. Try to bear in mind that people are probably giving you such a hard time because they want what you have (financially or creatively). Jealousy tends to bring out the worst in people. Oh, and yes – “Never give up, never surrender” is a quote from, “Galaxy Quest.” *grin*

Tarot Tidbit: The Seven of Wands was last seen, in the first position, back last summer on August 27th, 2019.

3. Queen of Cups

Trust your intuition. Time to listen to your heart, and not your head. Sit, meditate, and reflect on all aspects of the situation, and try to figure out what makes emotional, if not practical, sense. This might also call for a hefty dose of compassion – sometimes simply being supportive for someone is all they need. Channeling your inner Miss Honey and using a listening ear, an open mind, and a bazillion hugs can go a long way towards healing and understanding.

Tarot Tidbit: Queen of Cups was also last seen back in the fall (a week before the first card) in the second position on November 19th 2019.

I hope you enjoyed your message for the week of March 24th 2020! Bright blessings to you!
