Mostly Wordless Wednesday – Birds birds, birds, and the moon

As I mentioned in a few places today, I’m a bit one-handed at the moment

Therefore, I’m being lazy and not captioning each photo. These were all taken in my Durham, NH yard between February 7th and February 28th, 2018. As always, I used my trusty Nikon and tripod (both are Amazon affiliate links, because I currently have $6.66 in Amazon advertising fees and figured it was my lucky number – LOL!)

The pictures include Bluebirds, Goldfinches, Dark-eyed Juncos, a Tufted Titmouse, a White-breasted Nuthatch, a Downy Woodpecker, Mourning Doves, and the Waxing Gibbous moon last night (two nights before full). I figure the moon shot is a warm up for all the ones I promised April I’d take on March 1st.

  1. Thank you for the moon. I saw it last night, but will probably miss it when it’s full, as we’re forecast more or less constant snow for the next three days.

I hope the hand gets better soon.
