Moon Monday – Full Moons in 2016

Happy Moon Monday! What exactly is that, you ask? Well, like I said last week, I’m sharing some moon pictures, and today is Monday!

I started taking pictures every month of the full moon back in March 2015, and seemed to recall I had a pretty good streak of getting shots of the full moon for a number of months in a row.

And while last week, I said…

….and the streak ended… well, I don’t quite remember. I figure we can find out together. So for the next handful of weeks, I’ll share full moon photos, one for each month, until I find a month without one.

Welp. Turns out I broke my streak a bit sooner than I thought. I took all but the first two months in 2015, and made it until September 2016 before encountering a bit of a hiccup (which I explain below). However, I started again for November 2016 so I figure I’ll just keep going.

Also, I forgot to mention that all the shots last week were taken with the Olympus camera hubby bought for me back in 2010. He surprised me with an upgrade to my current Nikon (which I talk about in this post) in February 2016, so all but one of the shots in this post were taken with that.
