Fall leaves, a Crow, and the Moon – Flashback Foto Friday

NOTE: The good news – all of my tests so far have come back normal. The bad news – I’m not feeling any better, and still have no idea why. In the next few weeks, I have appointments with an ophthalmologist, neurologist, and cardiologist, so fingers crossed we get to the bottom of this soon. However, since I continue to have a cloudy-with-occasional-lighting eye (my PC suspects an ongoing ophthalmic migraine), I’m gonna continue being scarce on social media. I’ve scheduled this week’s posts to go up on MM, TT, WW, and FF at 8am (EST), and connected WP Publicize to auto-share them to Facebook, Twitter, Google +, and Tumblr. Hope to catch up with everyone soon!

Welcome to another Foto Friday! Bit of a shameless plug before I get started – I have a small number of photos available for sale on Fine Art America (thanks to a request from a Facebook friend, who bought one of my moon shots in April 2016), and I’m slowly adding to my inventory over at Zazzle. If there’s a picture I’ve taken that you’d like to see on a particular product, feel free to shout out, and I’ll get it put together in short-ish order.

Now, on to the pictures. Between the hiccup with my Nikon on the 20th (the shutter got stuck in the closed position for about 3 days) and my ongoing vision issues, I’ve decided to make this a Flashback Foto Friday. All of these shots are from late October/Early November 2016.

Fall leaves, a Crow, and the Moon

Fall leaves, a Crow, and the Moon. First, this is not a passive voice. Next, I am writing in an active voice. Therefore, my SEO will stop telling me how to write. Furthermore, these sentences are also shorter than twenty words. Rather, stop being so controlling. Especially since most of the sentences in this post are not mine. Fall leaves, a Crow, and the Moon. I will keep going while until you turn green. I can’t believe this is still orange. Finally, it has turned. Success! First, this is not a passive voice. 1. I’m sorry you’re not any better. In many ways I think doctors are their own worst enemies. They project their image of being all-knowing, but most of the time they have to say that they just don’t know and the patient (and their family) just feels let down. We had one of those conversations this morning, not with regard to diagnosis, but with regard to the possible outcome of a particular treatment. So we just carry on.

  2. I love the photos, Traci, especially the one of the moon through the branches – it’s quite magical 🙂

And I’m sorry I’ve not commented earlier – I’ve been in and out of blogland this past little while and haven’t been doing much commenting. Nonetheless, I’ve been thinking of you – glad your tests have come back normal but sorry to hear you’ve got ongoing health issues still. I do hope you get to the bottom of it soon. Sending good wishes x
