Merry Christmas and Happy Tarot Tuesday

Merry Christmas and happy Tarot Tuesday, all!

Now, if this is your first visit to one of my Tarot posts, it works like this –

First, pick a card you are drawn to from the photo below. If more than one speaks to you, go ahead and pick that one too. You can even pick all three!

After you’ve decided on your card or cards, you then scroll on down the page for the card reveal and message for the upcoming week.

Oh, and don’t be worried if you don’t happen to see it on the exact day. The message will be ready and waiting for you whenever you get here. 😊

Here are the backs of the cards and remember, you can pick more than one if you feel drawn to them…

Now to ensure you don’t accidentally see the card faces before you’ve made your choice, I’m using a picture as a kind of spacer/spoiler prevention. This is a wallpaper from one of my all time favorite digital artists, Vlad.studio. It’s called, “Waiting For The Miracle” –

Now for your message – the faces of the the cards are…

December 25 2018, Front

…and my interpretations are…

1. Four of Cups

Rethink your situation. You’re not happy with the way things are. In fact, you’re so focused on the things you wish you had, that you don’t see the very thing you want being offered to you. Take a step back and think about how you’re viewing the situation – stop sulking about what could have been, or what you might have had, and start appreciating what is, and the blessings you might not even recognize. And while this applies to all situations in your life, not just romantic ones, I think Survivor sums it up nicely with, “I was living for a dream, loving for a moment. Taking on the world, that was just my style. Now I look into your eyes, I can see forever. The search is over, you were with me all the while.

Tarot Tidbit: The Four of Cups was last spotted, also in the first position, back during the summer on August 14th, 2018.

2. Strength

Believe in yourself. People have told you time and time again that you couldn’t do it alone, because you weren’t (strong, smart, tough) enough. Nonsense! As Glinda said to Dorothy, “You don’t need to be helped any longer. You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.” Okay, maybe a visit to Auntie Em and Uncle Henry’s farm isn’t on your wish list, but you have the courage and compassion to tame the beast of self-doubt.

Tarot Tidbit: The Strength card was last seen, also in the second position, at the beginning of this month on December 4th, 2018.

3. Wheel of Fortune

Lady Luck is smiling! Oh wait – that should be, “The Goddess Who Must Not Be Named.”*grin* Regardless, your luck is changing! Not only are good things heading your way, but this card is a great reminder that when things aren’t going as you hoped, just be patient for the wheel to turn back around again. Stay as positive as possible, focus on the bright side of things, then (and this is the most important thing), take some steps to make a change. Soon enough, the wheel will spin back around and you’ll appreciate being up all the more for having been down.

Tarot Tidbit: When the Wheel of Fortune was last seen, it was back on August 21st, 2018, and The Strength card also made an appearance – the Wheel was in the first position, and Strength (who seems to like being in the middle) was in the second.

I hope your message resonated for you. If not, maybe make a note of it somewhere then revisit it towards the end of the week. It’s possible your perspective may change.
