Free Tarot Card Reading for the Week of September 5th 2017

QUICK NOTEThank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and good juju last week. I had my surgical procedure, and now I’m in the process of recovering while waiting to hear the pathology results. Fingers crossed that all is good, so next week things can get back to normal (well, my version of normal – LOL!).

Now, without further ado, welcome to Tarot Tuesday for the week of September 5th! My monthly free Tarot card readings were so popular, I decided to make them a weekly feature. If you want to catch the next one, be sure to follow my blog, stalk my Facebook, Twitter, or other social media (all my links are in the widget on the left). I shout out just about everywhere when I have a new post up.

For those wondering, I use my Universal Waite Smith Tarot Deck to draw the cards, but since it’s so well loved (I’ve owned it for a bazillion years), I then substitute my Radiant Deck for the photographs. Also, while it probably doesn’t need to be said, I’m saying it anyway – this is for fun, and my messages should never be a substitute for your own good judgement and common sense. In fact, that applies to most things in life – if your gut tells you it’s not right, always listen.

Now, on to the reading! Pick the card (or cards) that you’re drawn to, then scroll down to the bottom of this post for the card reveal and my short interpretation of what to expect in the upcoming week.

1. Four of Wands

Celebrate your groundwork. It’s not done yet, but one of the most important steps – putting down the framework and laying the foundation – is complete. Maybe it’s a project, a relationship, or an actual home – in any case, it’s time to sit back for a bit, and celebrate this achievement. Things will only grow bigger and better from here. And keep in mind what David Brinkley said – “A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him.

2. Nine of Wands

You can do it. You’re tired. You’ve been pushing ahead as hard as you can, and you feel like you need a moment (or twenty) to catch your breath. Don’t worry – you’re almost there, and everything you’ve worked towards is about to come to fruition. Just give it one last, good push and remember to never give up.

3. Three of Pentacles

Job well done! All your training, practicing, and hard work is paying off. You have that thing that you can do better than anyone else, and you’re starting to get noticed for it. You may find people want to buy your stuff, consult with your expertise, or they might even make you an offer you can’t refuse. It may also mean that while you have talent, you’ll go further if you enlist the help of others – either collaborating on a project, getting funding from an outside source, or just encouraging and giving support to people doing similar things. Remember, “one does not simply make the dream work without the teamwork.” *grin*

So, what did you think of your message? Please be sure to shout out in the comment section, and let me know what you thought. And, as is the case with all my posts, if you enjoyed it, please feel free to share.

Bright blessings!

    1. Thanks so much in return for your encouragement and support, Beth! And apologies for the delay in replying – I seemed to have missed a bunch of comments in the early days of my Percose… I mean, recovery… *grin*

  2. One and two for me and they seem to be spot on! Hope they stay that way! Thanks as always and still sending good thoughts your way!

  3. I was really looking forward to today’s Tarot because something happened over the weekend and I wondered what card I’d get. I’d had that feeling like Mary Poppins when she says, “I’ll stay until the wind changes,” I felt the wind changing. My card seems to confirm a new direction. I don’t want to spoil it, and I have no idea how it all play out–but very interesting!

    1. I’m so glad, Sherald, and you’re very welcome! Apologies for my delay in responding – apparently I missed a number of comments earlier this month, while I was still recovering from surgery. I’m happy to hear the messages resonated for you!
