The blog prompt I had for last Saturday’s HiveBloPoMo calendar was, “Tell a story (real or fictional) about adoption for Adoption Day.” and when I was creating the graphic, I knew exactly what I wanted to share for that day. However, in my brain it was the last Saturday of the month, so I was in for a rude awakening when I checked earlier and realized I was off by a week! But I decided to go with my strange adoption story anyway for today.

Also, if you’re only seeing this message in my Hive Post, please check back in a bit for my expanded post with show notes. I’m no longer including that text in my Aureal Episode description, as it doesn’t format well on the aureal site.

Show Notes for My Strange Adoption Story
Not really many things I mention in the episode that can be linked, but this is what I came up with –
♦️ Once again, the graphic I created for this month’s HiveBloPoMo, with blogging prompts each day, is HERE
♦️ A brief overview of National Adoption Day (which I’m now realizing is held on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, which might be what confused my brain and made me misremember it was the Saturday after, aka the last Saturday of the month) is HERE and the official site is HERE
♦️ And since I mentioned it, this is the Wiki page for my hometown of Gloucester, MA
That’s it for today!
So if you have a question, please drop it as a reply to any of my AMA posts this month (either here on Hive or on my aforementioned WP blog), and thanks in advance for giving me fodder for my chatter!
Happy listening all!

Oh, and here is my post on Hive, and yesterday’s post on WordPress. I’m thinking about adding a list at the bottom of each post with links to all the previous episodes – thoughts?
